Tessellating Tree Top won a 2nd prize in the AshevilleQuilt Show in the Abstract Art category. I almost gave up on this quilt.  The original idea was for a much larger quilt but I was not enjoying it, and I had too many pressures of other projects that I needed to work on. So I cut it down to this size and finished it with the irregular border. It now hangs on my fireplace wall in my fabric studio. I am happy that I followed through - A finished project gives you a feeling of accomplishment. Good luck with your projects.
