Went to WV this past weekend to purchase 900 lbs of background glass at the Paul Wissmach factory. I will be starting the BIG working drawings for 2 very large church windows after the Paducah Quilt show.  I am very exciting to be getting back to stained glass after almost 5 years of concentrating on quilting!  

Meanwhile, I have made some decisions about my tessellating maple leaves. I have cut the design down greatly and will now just do the tree top at about 60” x 30” instead of 100” to 60”! It was just too much and I was not enjoying it as much as I thought I would. 

It would have required too much concentration in front of the crowd in Paducah. So, I will finish it at a smaller size and be happy! Now though I will need another project to demo on in Paducah...something less challenging for my over taxed brain at the moment. There are several possibilities.
