An early November Retreat in the woods with a lake and surrounding mountains was so wonderful.  It gave me the time I needed to finish putting the purple quilt together.

The blocks are 16 inch squares built with “No Sewing” on a French Fuse foundation.  Then, I top stitched the blocks  with .005 invisible thread on my Singer Featherweight. The blocks were then joined with sashing that I sewed on. It is now in the hands of a long arm quilter.  I should get it back in a few weeks, enough time to get the binding on and send it away for a Christmas present.  Yea!   Happy Quilting.
