1.    I am now using Atlas gardening gloves for quilting and stitching at the same time. Cutting the fingertips of the gloves allow me to handle the thread without removing my gloves all the time! The rubberized tips will not ravel.

Cut just a bit at a time to you have what feels right to you.

2. 2.  I can see to do my work better with a special pair of single vision glasses made with the focus on the correct distance to my needle.  After you adjust your chair to a comfortable position MEASURE the distance to the needle! You won’t need an eye exam - if your old glasses are good - they just do the math to have focus where you need it.! Results: less eye strain and better posture.
